Oral sex

I keep having oral sex with other men and I can't seem to help myself. I am married and my wife doesn't know. Every time it happens I tell myself it won't again and after a couple of weeks the urge is just so great I can't seem to resist it. That’s when I put an ad on craigslist looking for a suitable man. Then I meet him and with no preliminaries suck him to completion. I love the feeling of his man juice filling my mouth. Then it is simply thanks and good bye. I feel guilty after doing this but not for very long. Soon I am looking for the next chance I will get to do it again. Should I feel guilty or just accept the fact that this is part of me and live with it? Advice or comments please

please allow your wife the decency of letting her know what you put in your mouth and a one way ticket if she cant handle that hurt and pain
