Son's foreskin

My seven-year-old son has a tight foreskin, and I have to do stretching exercises on him, per the urologist's advice. I've been doing that for a month now. Every day, I rub baby oil on his penis and pull his foreskin back and forth. Each time, his little prick gets hard, and pretty soon he starts to moan, his eyes rolling back. Many times, I feel it pulse madly in my hand. I don't mind that, it's a normal body reaction. On two occasions this month, he asked me if he could sleep in my bed because he had a bad dream. When I was 6 and my brother was 5 we still would take baths with our mom.
