I flash any female when conditions are right.

I used to flash in dangerous situations but now I will only flash when it not going to end badly. I can't remember my first but I remember a lot of them, mostly from my car. I would always leave my license plate down as my gas fill point was behind the plate. It always looked innocent enough. I usually drove to towns away from mine. I trolled parking lots and drove on highways just to use the exit ramps. Once I was driving and saw a lady mid 50's driving a truck, so I stay in the left hand lane, and time it just right to be next to her at a red light.
