By advertising with AdultConfessions.xxx, hereinafter referred to as “The Site” or “AdultConfessions.xxx” You, hereinafter are referred to as “You”. You the Client, agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Payment will be made to The Site in advance before advertising is placed,
- You will not advertise illegal activities or link to a website where illegal activities take place,
- In the event of failure to pay and legal action is taken, a minimum of $500 will be sought. You will also be liable for any legal costs incurred by yourself and AdultConfessions.xxx,
- Advert tracking will be captured using Revive Ad Server by The Site,
- You may choose three methods of advertising, remnant, pay per click, or pay per impression,
- AdultConfessions.xxx will invoice you on a monthly basis via email,
- Remnant advertising is to be paid in advance,
- AdultConfessions.xxx may terminate your contract at any time,
- You may terminate this contract at any time. Your request should be submitted via email and will be acknowledged by AdultConfessions.xxx,
- The Site has the right to terminate this agreement at anytime if You are found to be in breach of this agreement,
- If You are found to be in breach of this agreement You will not receive any refund of monies paid to The Site.
