Amen. Nothing worse than a dead fish or passive aggressive gal.

I suppose I'm pretty comfortable with sex and my body. But at one time I was very shy and apprehensive about sex. I had a job with a family owned restaurant. The owners were always nice to me. I became family with them and we grew to be familiar. One day a conversation between me and the wife revolved around sex. She made a statement about enjoying your body. I really was embarrassed as she talked to me about the pleasure of intercourse.

I decided I would try. It was a formal affair. He must have been bored waiting for me. I remember closing my eyes and walking out for him to take over. I don't recall enjoying my body, actually it was so uncomfortable that I just wanted him to finish and move on. But practice makes perfect. Right. Lots of practice, getting more comfortable, anticipating him. He still had to do all the work.

One day, many months later I recall telling him 'there, do it there'. If you don't tell him what feels good? I discovered the most important part of having sex. It all revolves around intercourse, the goal is getting him to finish in you. That's the goal. But how he gets there is by first working hard for me to enjoy my body. And that means talking back.
